The awareness and handling of the valuable food from our region is a matter close to our hearts. We focus on high-quality products and are proud of the fact that a very large proportion comes from the region within a radius of 50 kilometres.

À la carte Restaurant Vermala Ursprung
In our à la carte restaurant Ursprung at the Genusshotel Vermala, we cook according to the motto of regionality and quality. The co-operation with our suppliers from local agriculture and hunting is particularly important to us. Austrian home cooking and Vorarlberg specialities through to sophisticated creations from international cuisine are offered by our Vermala gourmet kitchen.

Your culinary journey on holiday at the Vermala gourmet hotel in Montafon starts in the morning with a sumptuous breakfast buffet in the gourmet quarter. In the afternoon there is a small snack and in the evening you are spoilt with a 5-course evening menu of your choice including salad buffet.

Enjoy the panoramic view of the Montafon mountains during a private gondola dinner in the former Valisera gondolas. We serve delicious à la carte delicacies in a unique atmosphere. One gondola offers space for a maximum of 4 people.

Restaurant Vermala Alp
A cosy and rustic experience is the Tatar hat meal and cheese fondue in the Vermala Alp. It is a highlight of our hotel during the winter months. In summer, however, the Vermala Alp is closed, but for fans of traditional cheese fondue we serve it in the Ursprung restaurant.
