What you will learn with us - what your tasks will be during your training

• Preparation and follow-up of service procedures, mise-en-place
• Supporting the breakfast, lunch and dinner service
• Advise, welcome and pamper guests
• Handling different dishes and drinks (steak, wines, cocktails)
• Taking on individual tasks step by step
• Dealing with/handling the work processes of house guests and external guests
• Our motto - learning by doing - when you are ready and feel comfortable, you are welcome to take over your own service station during your training.
